Mango Salsa Tilapia

I love this simple and healthy recipe! This is a low-calorie and low-fat meal that you can feel good about serving! The light and flaky fish paired with the sweet mango and creamy avocado is absolute perfection. Not to mention this meal is ready in just 30 minutes!
Ingredients:
6 tilapia fillets
Mango salsa (Easy 5-minute recipe)
1 avocado – peeled, pitted and diced
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 medium lemon
Non-stick cooking spray
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray the bottom of a baking pan.
Rinse the fish fillets and pat them dry. Place them into the baking pan and cover.
Bake on 350 degrees for 15 min.
Remove baking pan from oven and uncover.
Set the oven to 375 degrees F.
Season the tilapia with salt and pepper, and then squeeze the lemon over the fillets.
Bake on 375 degrees F for an additional 8 min. uncovered, until fish can be flaked with a fork.
Once finished cooking, top the fillets with one tablespoon of mango salsa and one tablespoon of diced avocado.
