Baked Balsamic Chicken is super simple and healthy. It is easy to marinate the chicken during the day, then pop the chicken breasts into the oven and you have a great weeknight meal! The tang from the balsamic transforms bland chicken breasts into a flavorful dish. Serve this meal with a side of veggies or slice the chicken into strips and add to a salad. Either way, you can’t go wrong!
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon pepper
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon oil
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
